Lenavix (“Lenavix”, “we”) operates lenavix.com, including its public website and early-access waitlist. This policy describes the personal information handled through those public services. Any invited pilot or customer service is governed by a separate written agreement and the privacy terms provided with that service.
What we collect
- Waitlist information — full name, company name, and work email that you submit.
- Communications — information in messages you send to Lenavix and our responses.
- Technical information — information that hosting and analytics services may receive when you visit, such as device, browser, page, referrer, approximate location, and event data.
How we use information
- To validate and process a waitlist request.
- To send the requester a confirmation and notify the Lenavix team of the request.
- To respond to inquiries and communicate about early access.
- To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the public website.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights.
Service providers
The website uses Google Firebase for hosting and related web services. Waitlist emails are transmitted through Resend. These providers may process personal information for us under their own infrastructure, security, retention, and legal requirements. The current waitlist function does not write submissions to a Lenavix application database; delivered emails and provider logs may still retain the submitted information.
Sharing and sale
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, process waitlist requests, communicate with you, meet legal obligations, or protect the service. We do not sell personal information submitted through the waitlist.
Retention and deletion
We retain waitlist and correspondence information for as long as reasonably needed to manage early-access communications, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Provider logs follow the provider's retention settings and terms. You may ask us to delete or correct information, subject to applicable exceptions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the public website and waitlist. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit confidential legal files, privileged material, or sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the public service changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. A materially different pilot or customer service will be addressed in its separate written agreement and related notices.
